1. Heat up the black beans in a saucepan, sprinkle a little salt in and add the garlic, cumin and chilli powder to coat the beans.
2. Next, prepare the guacamole by scooping out the avocado into a bowl and add the rest of the ingredients. Mash it all together with some olive oil and add more salt to taste if desired.
3. In a separate bowl mix the sour cream and Auntie's Indian Hot Sauce together.
4. Arrange the Masala Dippers on a serving platter or in a bowl, layer on the black beans, guacamole and dollop on the sour cream. Sprinkle some roughly chopped coriander to serve and tuck in!
